Shipping Locations 

We currently offer delivery services to all serviceable pin codes across India. At present, international shipping is not available. 

Processing Time 

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the date your order is confirmed. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the relevant order details. 

Delivery Timeline 

Our standard delivery timeframe is typically 3–8 business days after dispatch, allowing us to deliver your purchases as efficiently as possible. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect shipping address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request that the order be delivered again. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photographic evidence. 

If a shipment is lost while in transit, we will verify the matter with the courier partner before arranging either a replacement or a refund, as applicable.
